So here is the tips for your problem ;)
Fix, mediaserver bug caused by a file or more on your int sd card or ext sd card who has problem or corrupted while downloading or copying
Method 1 :
1. Shut down your phone
2. Remove the battery
3. Pull out the ext sd card
4. Take the battery back, then turn it on
5. When it shows home screen, shut it down again, pull off your battery, re-insert the ext sd card, then turn it on again
Method 2 :
1. Download full rom on this website (fastboot or recovery)
2. Power off your phone, pull out the ext sd card
3. Using card reader, backup all of your data to PC
4. Format your external sd card
5. Flash your redmi 2 using fastboot method or recovery, also wipe all data plus internal storage
6. When it done, let your phone boot up first
7. After it shows homescreen, power off it, and insert your external sd card
8. Power it on, now copy your external sd card data to your external sd card via mtp
